Thanks Rippi and Murphyprecht, really appreciate the help. Started from scratch again this morning with the image from post #35. Worked like a charm. I'm reusing a 14 pin 40x2 display from an MPD project that was shelved when I discovered Squeezebox. Used LCD Proc on that project but to edit the width here I'm looking for somthing else. Not familiar with TinyCore + LCD usage so am at fringe of knowledge. Thanks again for your help.
