Soft rebooting via the SOA web UI seems to work more often than not
these days, but I still cross my fingers every time.  When I was
initially configuring several Wandboards I don't think any of them ever
reliably rebooted when they were supposed to as part of the setup
process.  I learned to just walk away and give them some time, then pull
the plug.
