What I had to do to get it to work is add this block into  
'/etc/samba/smb.conf'

[mnt]
path = /mnt
public = yes
guest ok = yes
writeable = yes
create mask = 0777


If the [mnt] section already exists then just add

public = yes

Then it should work if you mount the hard drive under SoAWeb/storage
