I changed the connection between Rpi and my Buffalo II dac from USB (WaveIO) to i2s.
Some issues appeared: 1. Loud plops/cracks when changing for the next track 2. plops/cracks when playing 24/88.2 3. plops/cracks when changing from one file resolution to another. This kind of problems never appeared when i used usb connection. I tried to make alsa and squeezelite buffer bigger, it is not helping. Using R Pi rev. B with 1.18a.
