You could try to install the alsa-utils package "pacman -S alsa-utils". Triode has taken it out. There are DACs that require initial setup with alsamixer and others don't and others seem to have problems with alsa-utils. A catch-22. You'll also get aplay installed with alsa-utils. ::: ' Touch Toolbox and more' (http://soundcheck-audio.blogspot.com) ::: by soundcheck ------------------------------------------------------------------------ soundcheck's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=34383 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=101624 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
