I needed to re-rip a load of CDs to flac.

Vortexbox seemed the answer but all my library is stored on a raided
QNAP NAS. Seems the best place for it to stay.

My HowTo on using Vortexbox as a ripper direct to the QNAP mounted as an
NFS share and using the same NFS mount for LMS on the Vortexbox. It has
more power than the QNAP for this purpose.

It really is very simple with a little bit of hacking.
