Well, at least i managed (with the help of a microchip configuration utility) to set the touch-chip to a "digitizer"-mode (instead the "mouse"-mode), now the pointer moves the same speed as i move around the screen, but does not "jump" to the touched coordinates, it has to be moved there and then touched... not perfect, but works better than before.
