Hi thanks for using piCorePlayer. I'm pretty sure that you will find it is playing in stereo. Actually we have not found out how to play in mono (this feature have been requested from time to time). I also see this "Playback channels: Mono" with all streams I play - no matter if it is analog, USB of Hifiberry - but it is actually outputting in stereo.
