I just updated from 1.17a to 1.21b and found that my sound didn't came through anymore. Reading a bit on this forum lead me to try the different output devices listed on the settings page. I am just using a simple cheap USB sound card with a 3.5" mini jack output connected to my RPI 1B (I think). I found that writing *front:CARD=Set,DEV=0* works, but as everything else with this player almost seems to configure it self, I would expected it to determine which device to use for my simple setup. I don't remember having to provide this information when using v. 1.17a.
