After some research I could get Midori starting-up at boot time with my desired webpage loading. It seems though as if Midori can't cope with that specific webpage (lots of Javascript). It ends up more than crappily rendered and none of the hyperlinks would work. A test-installation of Midori in a Windows environment brought up the same results... Conclusion: Midori won't work for me.
As much as I could read from Bela's postings over in the picore-Thread at TC-forums chromium/webkit browsers are no option either at the moment. Too many dependencies and build problems. Did someone compile a (fairly "modern") web browser package for PiCoreplayer yet? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tomster's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=64900 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97803 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
