Hi Bemused, It may be a issue of free space. piCorePlayer has increased in size in recent releases a few MB and some of the versions of squeezelite are 10x bigger, so it might be difficult to do an insitu upgrade. Depending on what version of pCP you are using, there should be a [Resize FS] button on the main page when in [Beta] mode. I haven't heard of any issues expanding the files system to fill the SD card. I assume you have backed up you script.
