Maybe try again, reformat the card with this tool https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/ Also you could perhaps reset the router, or just switch everything off in the approved manner, switch off the router, wait for a while 10/15 mins, then turn on the router, let it connect, then turn on the computer, let it connect, then try try one pi (with Ethernet).
