hi rkrug. Thanks for you pastebin, I looked at it and didn't find any problems. I even tried to use your settings, and for me both Shairport and Squeezelite is starting. Have you rebooted after enabling Shairport?
If it is still a problem I will suggest that you follow the advice Greg provided or maybe even start from the very beginning: Download pCP2.01 again and burn it to your SD-card.
