I have tried the sequence that you recommended more than a few times to ensure that I did it as you directed. See results above. BTW, I'm using an older model IQaudIO AMP+....2 years old fwiw. On the Squeezelite settings page, I have tried both DAC+ as well as PI-digi amp+ with the same result.
