it's normal, since this is a big update it was chosen not to make it available via online upgrade, you need to download the full version and burn it on the card as in the old days
you can see on the news page of picoreplayer page: "IMPORTANT: Because this version is so different from the others it is not possible to use the "In situ" upgrade/downgrade system to go down from version 2.00 to a previous version.
