I have two pulseaudio devices connected to different sets of speakers in
my Linux box. I have my built in sound card and also a bluetooth
speaker connected.

I know I can start squeezelite with the "-o pulse" argument to get it to
play to pulseaudio, but how to I select which device pulse plays to?
