There isn't one directly, its sort of automatic.
Output from [Save to USB].
Code:

Coping configuration file to USB device (/mnt/sda1)
[ INFO ] Mounting USB device... OK

[ OK ] Your configuration file has been saved to your USB device.
[ NOTE ] If you boot with this USB device attached, this configuration file
will used.
[ NOTE ] This is handy if you update your piCorePlayer or want to setup
another piCorePlayer with similar settings.
[ INFO ] Unmounting USB device... OK

So, when you press [Save to USB] it creates newconfig.cfg on /mnt/sda1.
Then, when pCP reboots it looks for newconfig.cfg on:
1. /mnt/sda1, or
2. /mnt/mmcblk0p1
It then deletes or renames newconfig.cfg so it will not be used again.
