Everything I can see is that the Realtek USB gigabit adapters use the r8152 driver.......if you have the USB 3.0 version of the hardware, there are new drivers that have not been pushed by Realtek into the Linux kernel. On the pcp web interface, go to the main page, then in beta mode, press the diagnostics button. On that page, look for the dmesg section, then look near the bottom of the list......see what it is saying.
