Just tried my usb3 gig ethernet (never worked on piCore) and it works
after this ext.--

I set a large squeezelite 500MB+ ram buffer, to see the peak perf...
fastest I've seen (see my LMS server outbound), also tried this in
vanilla raspian/clives's 4.4.simple and squeezelite, although the dongle
works, it peaks at only ~50Mbps...
