Okay, that was easier than I thought.

On the web interface, go the main page.   Then go to the "Extensions"
Page. 
In the Available extensions section, select "util-linux.tcz" from the
drop down.  Then click the load button.

Once that extension is loaded, you should be able to mount GPT disks.  
The util-linux extension loads full linux versions of many system
utilities, there can be some differences between those and the stock
busybox utilities.  If you see other problems with the interface, let us
know.
