No, I patched the netcat problem for the next release to always use the busybox implementation. But in that case the LMS tab is missing to. Since you are getting the LMS tab, that specific player is connected to a server. Are you sure you don't have a rogue LMS server sitting out there that devices are connecting to? In the LMS web interface, It should list all servers and players found on the network in the drop down box.
