1. We set the colors, 2. That makes no sense, when the rpi reboots, the clock is at epoch when LMS starts.....the time gets adjusted after LMS starts. If there is an LMS update, the clock is already set. 3. Yes, if you want to run it by hand, the command line switches are needed. the pCP web interface update button works fine, it sets the appropriate switches.
