Yes it is a fat32 formatted drive. Due to this, I didn't think the extra filesystem support was necessary. I did install it and SyncBack is running as we are speaking. It is now successfully copying the files who caused issues prior to the extra filesystem support. Thank you Paul for your assistance !!
