Im not as concerned about the unknown op message, I just found that bug over the weekend, but it should not stop anything critical. there should be more data in the boot log.
As for the memory, it could be LMS using a lot of space. Try to upgrade it right after reboot. The upgrade process only uses about 20mb. How big is your music library? And what is the settings in LMS.
