Welcome. The cron message is perfectly normal, the raspberry pi doesn't have an internal clock. Cron is just letting you know there was a big time change. Which happens when the rpi picks up the time from the internet. If you are seeing the cron message on the 7" display, then your screen is working fine, and you can look up a few lines and find the ip address of your rpi. Once you get the ip address, you will need to access the web interface from another pc/phone or tablet on the same wifi network. pCP is configured through the web interface.
