Bug:

It appears that if you do not set an "When Off" screensaver before the
first reboot after installing jivelite there is no option for a "When
Off" screensaver subsequently

This seems to be an bug that has been around for a while, I have noticed
this with many previous versions of pCP although I get around it be
editing "/home/tc/.jivelite/userpath/settings/ScreenSavers.lua"
This correct the actual problem but does not restore the "When Off"
selection in the screensaver menu on JL

Feature request:

If the DHCP server offers a NTP server set that as the NTP source, if no
DHCP offer then use the defualt pool.

This maybe of use rarely but seems sensible, on my (and some other)
networks port 123 is blocked by defualt and the NTP server must be set
manually to one on the network.
