There are 8 different settings for the USBFIQ tweak, feel free to try them all. But if the hires files play, then I doubt it is related to that. When you say power off, I assume that you mean press the power button in LMS? I don't think this is a general squeezelite problem, but some specific interaction with your DAC. Since USB dac's don't have specific drivers, not sure what could be done. One thing I've seen done to remedy DAC's that don't change rates well, is to resample everything to one rate.
