No special tricks. Just install manually .deb package (x86_64) from
nighty builds.

Code:
--------------------
    http://10.10.10.1:9000

No because current httpaddr (10.10.10.1) looks fine. I can access LMS
GUi from Ubuntu server as well as from any of my LAN or WLAN clients.
Also LMS IP (192.168.15.145) seems to be recognized correctly.
Logitech Media Server Status shows me:

Code:
--------------------
    Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.2 - 1539113931 @ Tue Oct 9 22:15:56 CEST
2018
  Hostname: akacja
  SERVER IP ADDRESS: 192.168.15.145
  Server HTTP Port Number: 9000
  Operating system: Debian - EN - utf8
  Platform Architecture: x86_64-linux
  Perl Version: 5.26.1 - x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi
  Audio::Scan: 0.95
  IO::Socket::SSL: 2.056
  Database Version: DBD::SQLite 1.58 (sqlite 3.22.0)
--------------------

I suspect that something simple in the firewall rules or resolver ( I
use unbound package) block LMS external access...
