Thank you guys for trying to help. I appreciate that.
Michael is right. My LMS on Ubuntu can't reach the internet while other
programs (installed on Ubuntu) and network hosts can.

Maybe I should be more specific describing my current system and network
configuration.
So I use Ubuntu server 18.04 among other as router/firewall with three
NICs (each for WAN/LAN/WLAN)
One of gigabit LAN nic is connected to gigabit 5-port switch. In my home
LAN I have 4 hosts. I set DHCP server to assign addresses from
10.10.10.10 to .20
I use N Wi-fi atheros mpcie card in AP mode with hostapd. DHCP server
assign addreses from 10.10.11.10 to .30. My family use about 15 wi-fi
mobile devices.
The last one gigabit Nic is for connection to the internet . I set
static address 192.168.15.145 which I receive from my ISP and external
DNS server addresses.

Routing and DNS resolving works fine. All my LAN and wifi hosts can
reach the internet and can talk in the subnet LAN-WLAN. I have 'only'
the issue with LMS which (after upgrade) do not want to resolve external
addresses.
