I think the button command and Default.map is for use with with old
hardware playewr such as Sb3 and the SLimdevice remote control.  Not the
LIRC with Jivelite.  I think to send keyboard command to jivelite -
you'll need to communicate directory with jjivelite and not via LMS as
the keyboard mapping is in the Jivelite file
