The web interface changes by itself and does not stay on "default", but
goes to "classic"
That's because you've exposed your LMS to the internet, and some guy
somewhere on the other end of this planet is having fun configuring your UI.

It's actually the biggest mistake they're doing: pretty often only the
change in the UI would tell LMS users like you that you've been "hacked"...
