I've setup a RPi 3A+ for use as an LMS server and wifi AP. The first step in setting up the AP is to disable the wifi client. I did that, walked over to the RPi in order to plug in a network cable, and then I realised I could be in trouble - there's no ethernet socket on 3A+. Oops.
I got around it by putting the SD card in a 3B+ to complete the AP configuration, then transferring the card back to the 3A+. That's worked nicely. But I was wondering if there's an 'approved' approach if you don't have a 3B+ to hand. If not, would it be feasible to add an AP configuration section to the manual 'setup'? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ chill's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10839 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109404 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
