I am using a copy of my iTunes library for the piCorePlayer, as ist has the perfect format (Artist/Album/Song). The iTunes library is on a HFS+ volume. Now I am using an exfat volume for piCorePlayer. But strangely every time I am syncing my iTunes library to the exfat volume the songs with umlauts are copied although they are not changed. I tested it with an HFS+ volume and there it doesn't happen. Now NTFS, FAT(32) and exfat are implemented in piCorePlayer and they have to be installed in whole. This is really much. Maybe it would be better to simply give the user a choice to choose his used filesystem. So not every other filesystem has to be installed. So maybe there is a small chance for HFS+. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ carsten_h's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=69113 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109404 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
