Thanks Greg - that did the trick.  'blkid' told me that mmcblk0p1 had a
label 'PCP', and mmcblk0p2 had no label.  So I used fatlabel to change
p1 to PCP_BOOT, and e2label to change p2 to PCP_ROOT.  And now the
Resize FS tab no longer thinks I have a non-standard SD card.

I do have another pCP device, with a big SD card that has a third
partition to hold a compressed version of my music library.  I
deliberately left space between the end of the second partition and the
start of the third partition, so that I could expand mmcblk0p2 if
necessary.  I'm assuming that will now fall foul of the 2 partitions
rule.  It's not a problem - I can expand the second partition manually
if necessary.

Just the Samba issue to tackle now.
