Every couple of years, I go through a little dance to make LMS work on my Linux machine.
Currently, I am running 19.04 and perl 5-28. I have loaded three of the later releases, having been through a perl issue in the past. None of them changed anything. LMS installs, the service starts, but I cannot see it in the browser. I've been through the firewall help section, but when I checked, (I have LUBUNTU) it says the firewall is not active. There are SO MANY old threads and suggestions, one can get lost.
