Maybe the disk is a bit slow to respond after a reboot. There's a
'waitusb' bootcode in the 'Extras' section ('Main Page' -> 'Beta Mode
Operations' -> 'Extras' -> 'Bootcodes' tab). The default is 2 seconds.
Maybe you could increase that to 3.
