Its a USB 7.1 sound card. I change the volumes down to 70 and set the input device to "line" as it defaults to "mic" on startup. I have a chrome cast audio plugged into line but every time I restart it I have to go back into alsa mixer and change the settings back. Ill look into the UI to see if I can find how to change it.
