You are not - your fstab entry seems ok (file_mode=0644 / dir_mode=0755
would be a bit cleaner...)

However, it looks like you have ACLs set on /media/NAS (that's what the
+  in "-rwxrwx---+" normally means).
Check with getfacl /media/NAS
