That is a really good question.  The Pi4 with throttle itself, so you
won't hurt it with no heatsink.

What kind of case do you have?  You can graph your CPU temp.....

Enable Beta mode in pCP.
Click on the Extras Button
Click on CPU Temp
You will see a graph that looks like a "V"  (That means we are not
recording actual temp yet)
At the bottom of the page, Press "Start"

Do some things, and see what your temp does.......
