The dongle is a Edimax EW 7811Un. I am unable to test the Digione with a wired connection as the router is upstairs and the stereo is downstairs. The power supply is the standard Pi supply, 5V 2.5 Amp.
Analog exhibited the same behavior as the Digione on wireless. When testing the analog on wireless the Digione was attached to the pi. I will retest the wireless on analog without digione attached to see if it makes a difference. I previously used this Pi2, with Pcp 2.xx and a Hifiberry DAC without problems on wifi with Edimax dongle. My goal is to get this working so that I can use it in a second system. Would it make sense to go to a pi3 and maybe a beefier wall wart? Thanks for your help. It is much appreciated. As you have probably gathered I am somewhat clueless.
