I don't use an iPhone. I use Samsung and Xiaomi smartphones, Huawei tablet, Lenovo laptop. Raspberry Pi3B and Pi3B+. Always the connection time after turning on the Raspberry is 45-50 seconds. Then, if disconnected, and reconnect, then 5-10 seconds.
