Hi Kev, Sorry to be late in my answer. Some family stuff today. This the procedure that I have followed, the same as usual in fact when pCp was running perfectly: - fresh install with Etcher - modification of cmdline.txt to add an IP address (otherwise I can't see pCp because my RPi is not linked to my router but to my PC itself linked to the router by wifi) - sd card in RPi, power supply on and looking at he web interface. - setting the wifi parameters in the web interface - and I got a wifi address I have rebooted several times and I saw that the 2 IP address were present at the end of the boot process on my screen linked to the RPi. Except this morning where the IP address disapearred but I was still able to reach it by the web interface. I didn't put back the - in the SSID but I don't think this - was the reason of my problem because without it the b9 is also not working. I will burn a fresh card with the b9 to try again.
