I've just built a touch screen Digi out player using piCoreplayer, Jivelite and an Audioboom Digi HAT and it's been amazingly easy. I wanted to enable IR control, which was also amazingly easy, the Squeezebox remote just worked! Thank you so much for this perfect lightweight solution.
I have a couple of questions, using the 800x480 grid screen I need an IR event that's the equivalent of a screen tap as I can't navigate into the options otherwise. Do I need to configure an IR command to simulate the key_Enter command or is there another way? At present I'm using the Joggler skin as that can be navigated with left / right inputs. Also, I can't get the screensavers to trigger, I've set a clock to display when off, or stopped for 10 seconds but they never activate, have I missed something?
