Hello, Trying to add pCP as an additional wifi AP to an existing Router/WAP/DHCP (netgear R7000) (very standard) My understanding is in bridge mode it will use the existing eth0 ip and then dish out client ip's from the the existing DHCP pool. It basically does nothing in bridge mode, and why do you need to spec. an AP IP address, or it does not allow you to set it to an ip in the existing network? Router mode seems to work, but it actually behaves like bridge mode...but does not seem quite right and performs poorly, also it sometimes dishes out ip's from it's own DHCP server. Any hints please? +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Filename: Screen Shot 2020-04-14 at 2.10.21 PM.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=30067| +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ Scott Kramer ------------------------------------------------------------------------ sckramer's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=20311 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111787 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
