I thought I would try Squeeze Ctrl. Again it doesn't work but I do get an error message momentarity 'Problem unable to play file type'.
I looked at the music library and found that the files are .wma. I had already seen the button to add wma file type support. I installed it and every works well. Thanks for for responding so quickly.
