In the older versions of pCP we used to save the GUI in the backup. Now its a separate extension - pcp-6.1.0-www.tcz. I assume you did an insitu-update. For development purposes we allow a second GUI to co-exist. Somehow, I think this is what's happening to you. I think you have 2 options: 1. Start from a scratch. Make a new SD card. (best option) 2. Maybe, if you are OK to ssh into pCP. Remove the www directory and contents from /home/tc then backup and reboot.
