Both play fine for me, without logging any lost sync error, with squeezelite-1.9.7-1270-win64 as well as on linux i386 and armhf. To rule out the mad mp3 decoder please add the *-e mad* option in addition to *-d all=debug* to force squeezelite to use the mpg123 mp3 decoder instead.
