The skip to the next track with r737 is likely caused by this error
while reading from the tcp socket. The Unknown error is being reported
by windows.

r737 has no SSL support and does not exhibit the high cpu usage, at
least the log doesn't have a plethora of stat lines per second like the
other logs you've posted.
I've built a current '1.9.7-1272 without SSL'
(https://sourceforge.net/projects/lmsclients/files/squeezelite/windows/squeezelite-nossl-1.9.7-1272-win64.zip/download)
to try to narrow down what change(s) have lead to this problem.
Would you please try the nossl build and provide a debug log?
