I did testing on my end....responded in the other thread already. There is not alot of debug information in squeezelite related to SSL. The only error message is that it was unable to get the stream header. Not sure what the issued is, but proxied streaming solved the problem. Testing with different squeezelite players and both a pCP based LMS and a Ubuntu LMS systems. The reason why squeezebox hardware doesn't have a problem is because it can't do SSL anyway, so it's proxied.
