Morning All I have a quick question about updating the firmware/bootloader software on my Pi4. I see that pCP V7 includes the Nov Firmware, does that mean that it will upgrade my Pi4 to that version? Under the pCP v6 thread the first posting gives details on how to update the bootloader but I get an error message when I try that on my device something about the rpi-eeprom folder not being empty I think.
In the past I have updated the firmware on my Pi4 by loading the Pi OS on a different SD card and running commands like sudo apt update and sudo apt full-upgrade. I havent done this for a while and, to be honest, Ive never really noticed any difference to how my Pi4 operates. I suppose my question is, do I need to bother at all with the Pi4 updates given that mine is only used as a pCP LMS server.
